Q: Is this the .38 size refill?

No, this is a pack of 5 Pilot G2 pens. I wasn't aware you could just buy a refill for this pen. I should check that out, it's my favorite pen, I just buy this size packs or a dozen at a time.

Q: Does the ink dry fast?

Not super fast, it will smear if you move your hand right over it but once it's set it doesn't move!

How do you change the point. I need .5 and .7
