KOHLER 2215-0 Ladena Rectangular Undermount Bathroom Sink Vanity With Curved Bottom, 23-1/4 L x 16-1/4 W, White Bathroom Sinks

This looked beautiful, and met all that I desired in a sink. It came in a timely matter, but our home building project was delayed. It went straight into the shop with all the other materials that needed to wait. When the builder opened it up, it was broken into 3 pieces. I asked for a return immediately, but we were well past the 30 days return, so it was refused.This seems very unfair, since we left it safely packed (we thought) to protect it in storage.

Couldn't decide between a Villeroy and Boch basin or the Kohler Ladena. Because of size, had to choose the Kohler Ladena -- and I could not be happier. The price was right, the sink is beautiful... Not just the porcelain, but also the shape and the size. I got the 2215, which is large -- but the curve at the bottom and the slope of the sink render it quite elegant. It looks absolutely perfect with the new granite vanity top and Kohler Devonshire faucet.I also have to give major praise to the speed of the shipping. I needed it for a project in London, and it arrived in two days. TWO days! I could not believe how quickly it came, when all the stores here that sell Kohler products said it would take two to four weeks for them to source the sink and get it to me. With DHL and Amazon.com it arrived in record time.Sink and service are top-notch.

This was a fine sink, but it was just a little too big for my area on my vanity, and my fabricator said that it would not work. So, I had to return it and order another sink from Kohler. The problem I have is NOT with the product. It is wonderful--beautiful. The problem is that eFaucets requires that the product be returned in the exact same boxes in which it was sent and that the buyer pay for the return shipping (this is NOT an "Amazon free return"). The dimensions of the outside box are huge, causing the cost to ship to be exorbitant. UPS (not the UPS Store, but the actual customer service at the UPS shipping facility) was $133 to return, USPS was $188 at the least expensive, and FedEx Ground was $183 at the least expensive. SO BE CAREFUL! Do not order unless you have seen this product and know that it will work for you.

This Kohler product is great and looks awesome... I ordered two (2) sinks that were delivered within 3 days; however, be sure to check the sinks immediately. One of the sinks was cracked. I am surprised that they do not pack the boxes better to protect the sinks, or at least label the boxes "fragile"... I was able to return the sink via UPS and a refund was provided to my credit card by Amazon the same day that I dropped it off at UPS. I just ended up having to order another one that will take about 4 days to arrive. Also, the sinks do not come with any type of drain assemblies...

Sink is a nice sink. Ordered thru Amazon and it arrived in pieces. It did not have a single piece of packaging material to protect the sink. Should be packaged better.Sink 5 starsShipping 0 stars

It’s no wonder this Kohler sink arrived in shattered pieces, the sink was in a box (printed with Kolher brand) with no structure or padding at all. That box was inside an amazon shipping box that was 25% bigger than the interior box - again with no padding to secure the smaller box inside. I couldn’t believe Kohler would create packaging for a ceramic product that had no padding. Wondered if it was even a genuine Kohler.

Opted for this 1 sink instead of 2 in our primary bath. It's really wide, good quality, deep and we wanted more counterspace instead. Typically not have both of us in the bathroom at the same time anyway. This is a great undermount option.

I'm sure this is a great product but I didn't get a chance to enjoy. There was literally no cushioning material in the box, hence it arrived in pieces.
