Q: is this a good product? does the lid stay on? Is it sturdy after use?

They’re usable, but not completely happy with this product. The plastic is thin and can be dented, unlike those used at hospitals even though they look exactly the same. The lid does stay on, but will leak if accidentally turned upside down.

Q: how thick is the bottle? mil?

I don't know how many mils it is but it is as sturdy as the one I brought home from the hospital. I'm very satisfied with it.

Q: What is the difference between 2.0, 1.0, and 6.0?

This is the unit count. In other words, 1.0 means you will get one urinal bottle, 2.0 means you get 2, and 6.0 means you get 6.
