SIMPLE QUALITY CHICKEN/TURKEY & BROTH
Note: dated December 6, 2015: My kitty's appetite has returned after over 2 months of dealing with UTI treatment, 2 heat episodes, etc & for a few days already in full force. She CLEANS her plate with this, with I & Love & You & Tiki Salmon & Chicken & even cleaned her plate this morning with Platefulls Chicken & Salmon--the morsels from the pouches almost NEVER get 100% eaten! I am totally getting relieved & happy as she was getting too skinny & I was getting worried. Her pee pee has gone back to normal & you can depend on a good pee pee from this product. Less dependable for a good pee pee is I & Love & You, but this is a terrific source of needed moisture--for those who are leaving behind the extremely unhealthy dry cat food & have had urinary tract issues with your cat. (You also get a heaping portion of turkey/chicken of course!) She licked clean her plate with the Tiki Salmon & Chicken with the same results. This can is slightly larger: 3.2 oz, therefore slightly more moisture & nourishment. My kitty loves both this Turkey & Chicken mix & since this can is 3.2 oz, it is among the more generous cans & therefore your kitty gets lots of extra nourishment & badly needed moisture. This is a simple recipe of thinly cat-friendly shredded chicken/turkey in a broth that holds together with some minor gum filler but never carrageenan. It gives nourishment & needed moisture to your cat's diet. It smells great, my kitty ate it & it can be put back into the frig in a covered container for later & the aroma of the fresh chicken/turkey remains the same. It is quality meat & again my only complaint is not using enough dark meat which is more indicated for cats. Dark meat adds flavor, it adds moisture & some added fat. This food does not say "for all life stages" which is an important characteristic to look for in quality cat food. That is one tiny point, but it is simple, decent, fresh & adds moisture. On the plus side, there are fewer carbs than in other foods & carbs are not necessary good for cats. There are always +'s & -'s in just about every food, however.NO GRAIN, NO GMO, NO STARCH (STARCHES ARE BAD FOR CATS) & NO CARRAGEENAN! AND without the toxic supplement Menadione Sodium Bisulfite (source of Vitamin K)--(The Material Safety Data sheet on Menadione-sodium bisulfite states: “The substance is toxic.")Chicken Broth, Chicken*, Turkey, Locust Bean Gum, Sunflower Seed Oil, Guar Gum, Fish Oil, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Chloride, Choline Chloride, Taurine, Vitamin E Supplement, Zinc Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Nicotinic Acid (Vitamin B3), Calcium Pantothenate, Vitamin A Supplement, Potassium Iodide, Manganese Sulfate, Ferrous Sulfate, Vitamin D3, Supplement, Riboflavin Supplement (Vitamin B2), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, (Vitamin B6), Copper Sulfate, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 Supplement*A combination of boneless, skinless, white breast and other cuts of chickenEdit: 11/25/15 It appears my kitty prefers (although it is too soon to tell for sure) chicken/turkey (Fowl Ball) rather than the Chicken Frick A Zee. My kitty leaves less in her plate with Fowl Ball than with the Chicken Frick A Zee. I have to wait for some time to pass to see which one she really prefers, but it seems to be this one! I believe this mix will be continued--it is lean & I, therefore can afford to alternate with some richer foods. This food is made in Thailand, but I heard they are quite strict with their quality procedures for cat/dog food.

My cats are big fans, no more fussy eaters.
My cats eat all of their Weruva food as soon as we put it out. They LOVE it. I will feed them in the morning sometimes, and they eat it so fast that my wife asks "Did you feed the cats yet?" I did, but they try to trick us into feeding them again!By contrast, I'd been feeding them Wellness for years, but they often left the food half-eaten. This hasn't been a problem since switching over to Weruva. They are scarfing it all down! (I still think Wellness is a good cat food, but my cats don't seem to really want to eat it anymore.)Weruva Cats in the Kitchen is a high quality food that is grain free. My cats love eating it. Added bonus: the food is mostly shredded, so you don't have to break it down or spread it out for them. Just scoop into a bowl and they're good to go.

Favorite wet food for all 3 of my FurKids!
All three of my cats adore Weruva! This specific flavor as well as the Chicken flavor in the yellow can. Weruva uses higher quality Ingredients than many of the other pet food producers and it is worth the price for my babies. I do not give my kitties dry food at all--the eat this twice a day, and they are all healthy and NOT overweight like so many of my friends' cats. The consistency is meaty and juicy (more water the better for their kidneys) and so much for appealing than pate for my babies. Amazon has a great price on this food and I order it every two weeks and will keep coming back for more!

Best catfood for silky coat and great flavors. BUT..
Cat has a severe skin allergy and has been on Purina his whole life. He recently got dry food taken away for good but was still on his Purina chicken and turkey. On the hunt I went for a top product. Bought Wellness brand, FAIL! Returned $50 worth of that crap. In fact, my cat flipped me off when I tried the Wellness, and when I tried to outsmart him and mix Wellness with the Purina dry, he outsmarted me right back and ate the Purina and left the Wellness vittles in the bowl. Onward! I found Weruva. I gasped at the price, quite sure I'll need a second job. But nothing is too good for the King fuzzpants. Ordered the following: 1) Love Me Tender chicken and duck; 2) Funk in the Trunk chicken and pumpkin; 3) Chicken Frick a Zee; 4) Fowl Ball turkey and chicken. 5) Chicken and Chicken LiverA week in, here are the results. The skin allergy is not completely gone. Time to explore other avenues. Prince Chan's fur coat is gloriously shiny and soft, to the extent one wants to be sure to have super clean hands before touching such luxury. His personality has become that of a school kid on the playground, and he wants to constantly play, chatter, and seek attention. This food is way too expensive, unless you're the queen of England. However, I digress... I am a slave to my cat. And this stuff is a delicacy he never once turned his nose up to. He is in heaven eating Weruva wet foods.Complaints:1- Not enough meat. Come on, Weruva. You know you need to give us more meat. The scientific theory of displacement will allow you to add more meat and not go over the line. It won't bankrupt you to give the cats more meat. However, it can HURT YOUR SALES if you know we can't afford to feed double the amount due to all the water. Eventually we will be affected and have to buy another brand. Especially the Chicken Liver flavor. It's ridiculous amount of water. Your Frick a Zee and your Consumés are ok because you have some bulk, but still NOT ENOUGH MEAT in the can!2- Not enough calories. So cats need MORE of it to feel satisfied. Can you work on this? It will cause us all to go bankrupt. We are already dealing with all the water. And now we too have to feed extra due to low calorie portions. Please help us out, Weruva! I want to brag about you but I'm going to need you to go the extra mile for us!Overall, 4 stars. If flavor determined it, I'd give 5 claws, as the fuzzynutz hails the Weruva name. But you're breaking my bank so you're losing a star.
