It is 9 and3/4 inches from very end to top

Q: How long does this filter last? (in Gallons or Months)

That depends on the source, well water it will be less, than city water, Approx. 10,000 gallons.

Q: What is the flow rate for this cartridge?

normally you would have a pressure reducer at the connection to city water (city pressure reduced to 35/40psi). Flow rate guessimate would be about 1.5 to 2 gallons/min.

Q: Can I use this filter cartridge in place of tge model HL-200?

This is the replacement cartridge for the HL-200. Says so on my HL-200 outer casing.
