Q: What is the difference between this and aveeno active naturals daily moisturizing lotion, 18 ounce?

The sheer hydration is a thinner lotion while the other is thicker and more like a cream. The sheer hydration absorbs into your skin faster so there is less time with that "just applied lotion" feeling on your skin. They both worked equally well as a moisturizing lotion for me.

I have, and I'm prone to break out from almost anything. Its great and I have very very dry skin.

No it is NOT a shower lotion, it is a body lotion, for use after showering. It is non-greasy and I use it because it is the only lotion without petroleum so it does not destroy the compression stockings I wear.

Q: By any chance does this "sheer hydration" version last longer than the regular aveeno daily moisturizing lotion?

I can only say that I prefer the daily as it lasts longer and has a deeper moisture to it.
