I use this on my mom's wheelchair. It does not tighten all the way to I still have to hold the umbrella handle a bit so it doesn't topple over. I had to by a butterfly screw for the umbrella tightening part because the plastic one would turn and turn and not tighten.

It's pretty crappy to be honest. It's way too small to clip onto my stroller from any area, so it's useless for why I bought it. And it's a massive pain in the ass to get on and off. It's got all kinds of screws and bolts for every point of attachment. You'd think it'd be more like a clamp. Gonna try and return it.

Is too weak , was broken the second day

We bought this item so we could attach an umbrella to a tripod....the round clamp does not come apart for easy attaching nor does it fit over any of the poles that we tried. The nuts kept falling off and the part that holds the umbrella is poorly designed. No not waste your $.

Today was the first time I have used this since buying it. All components work well, and it is pretty sturdy construction. What I do not like is how much of a pain it is to attach it to a chair, especially for temporary use. The screws/bolts section used to secure the arm to the chair are on the inside part of the vise, and are not so easy to get to. Plus the nut size is oddball, so the wrenches I had would not work on them. I wish that part had the adjusters/tighteners like the other parts of the arm. I am going to be looking for a different more convenient product. But if you plan on long-term attaching it to your item, then this will work just fine for you.

Bought this for my sisters wheelchair and she loves the umbrella over her. Holds up well

I wish it were better quality. It doesn’t like to stay screwed in one position.
