Hi I live in Puerto Rico and the Power electricity here is very poor so we are use it whenever the lights the power electricity goes down

Can be switched on during the day
I saw reviews of some similar products that said they could not be turned on while charging. This one can! I use it is a dark shed. It is not bright like daylight, but at night it is plenty of light.
