Den Stern Abzug gibt es für AMAZON und nicht das Schneidebrett. Abgebildet ist nämlich das TH601, worauf ich Amazon nach der zweiten vermeintlich falschen Lieferung hingewiesen hatte. Auf dem von mir beigefügten Bild ist das TH309 zu sehen.Das gute ist, dass NUR die Produktfotos falsch sind. Die angegebenen Abmaße sind jene des TH309, was bedeutet, dass das TH601 grundsätzlich noch größer wäre und somit trotz Aussparung für eine Schüssel zu groß für meine Küche wäre.Zum Schneidebrett selbst - Ich bin mit dem TH309 sehr zufrieden. Ein massives Schneidebrett, das sehr gut verarbeitet ist. bis jetzt gab's noch keine Anzeichen, dass sich hier etwas verziehen könnte. Man sollte sich aber im Klaren sein, dass dieses Schneidebrett etwas Gewicht mitbringt und eben auch entsprechend Platz braucht.

Works well. Makes chopping a lot of vegetables much easier than on plastic or ceramic. Because the board gives a little, you cut right through the vegetable. With plastic or ceramic, you often end up with slices sticking together because the blade didn't go all the way through.

I know it's a cutting board and they are meant to be damaged, but upon receiving it it looked incredible until I spotted the dent on the side. It spoils the look if that's what you're into. It seems I'm not the only one to receive a dented board. Are these seconds? Not a big deal for me but the price should be much lower if selling soiled items. That aside it is a great cutting board, I'm a Chef and love it. Just be careful of this seller and request a perfect one.

So far so good - I have to give it a year or two to see if it cracks. Based on present performance it is fine. I was a bit hesitant about the large size, but this is in fact wonderful - no more scrunching stuff into a corner, of stuff falling off - there is agerage of space available - even for a glass of wine. It does slip about a bit; once I have determined which side is up - do I want the drainage grooves (handy but harder to clean) or the flat board, I will stick some rubber tabs on the bottom - the types that prevent your cupboard doors from slamming.

This cutting board will help both of us prep in the kitchen. It is heavy duty and such a beautiful wood.

Das Brett ist recht hart, aber noch sehr gut für Messer. Sehr gute Größe, leicht, angenehm in Handhabung.

bought this a few weeks back, its fabulous and as the advice said, use oil and conditioner when first received, and it helped strengthen the surface. Love this cutting board

nach ein paar Wochen sind die dünnen Bretter wie erwartet krumm geworden wackeln beim Schneiden.

It's very sturdy and it's the best cutting board on the market. Especially if you want keep your knives from dulling.

The board has warped and cracked regardless of all the oiling / care as per instructions

I was shocked and dismayed in this cutting board after seeing all of the good reviews and recommendations. Read on:The one I received has at least 4 different wood plugs in it where they put in round other pieces of wood to fill in what I imagine where holes or defects in the wood. This frankly looks very cheap and unprofessional, and should not have even been made like this! Perhaps their quality has decreased lately but this is really unacceptable.I'm returning it for something else.

We've had this for almost 8 years. It's just great. This lives on our island countertop in a not-so-big NYC apartment, and is the center of our food prep/world on many/most days. Fwiw, we use a silicon mat underneath to keep it super stable on our countertop.Oil this board when it starts to look/feel thirsty. Depending on how often you end up actually washing it with soap and water, this could be anywhere from a few times a week to a few times a month. (We don't use this for any uncooked meat.) Get some good (food grade) mineral oil, wipe it down and let it sit for a bit. You'll see/feel when it's happy.Most of these people with warped/cracked boards have likely either soaked it (major no-no) or heated it. They certainly are not caring for it properly. Do NOT soak this board in the sink. Do NOT even leave this board in the sink.Simply put: Take care of it and it will take care of you.P.S. I just washed and dried this board and then used a half sheet of sandpaper to smooth the entire thing out -- first time I've ever done this, took 3-5 mins -- and then reapplied a nice coat of oil, allowing it to soak in. It looks great for its age!
