I recently purchased the these mugs and I am absolutely in love with them! I am editing my previous review because after I wrote my frustrating review of these mugs (see below), the seller reached out to me to offer a replacement set. I accepted and can happily report that I have had these mugs for two weeks and have used them every day without any breaking issues or cracking issues whatsoever. I use these mugs all day for coffee and tea and have also cleaned them in the dishwasher and again, I am experiencing zero issues. Either there was a problem when they were made, or they might have been damaged during shipping, but my replacements are excellent. In my original shipment, I lost two mugs, and happy to report, the other four are as good as gold too. Have to say, I love these mugs. They hold the liquid size I prefer, feel good to the hand when holding, stack perfectly which helps for storage and, have very pretty colors. I am very happy to have been contacted by the seller and receive replacements. Good customer service. Thank you.Old Review - I had these mugs on my wish list for a long time. I finally made the purchase on 12/10/21 and was happy when these mugs arrived. I have used all of the six mugs at least once with hot coffee and with two of them, on the first pour of hot coffee in them, I could hear the ceramic in the mug cracking. I could not see any cracks or breakage and continued to use the mugs. On the second use of the yellow mug, 12/23/21, I poured hot coffee in the mug and as soon as I did, I heard a "pop".The mug was seeping the coffee out of larger cracks in the bottom and all over my kitchen counter. These mugs are beautiful, perfect size for me and I love that they are stackable. But they are also as faulty of a product and purchase as you can get. I guess my desire to have these overrode previous reviews and I should have listened.

One of the rare instances a product exceeds all expectations, and those were high to begin with.My expensive designer mugs were crazing and staining, so I was on the hunt for replacements. I already had bowls by this company, which I am very pleased with, which were replacements for maddeningly fragile lookalikes from Anthropologie. Was pleased to see this company had matching mugs so I ordered a set.They are large large and roomy mugs, plenty of room for lots of latte foam. Easy to hold, easy to wash, haven’t shown any signs of tea staining, even though we’ve already used them extensively. (To be fair, I haven’t microwaved them either, as I did with the old mugs). The colors are bright and colorful, and go with my dishes, and bowls, of course.I have limited space in my kitchen, and am very pleased that these stack easily and firmly, too, although they turn over so frequently they hardly have time to rest in the cabinets.Super pleased with these mugs!!

The colors are extremely pretty, they really bring a colorful vibe to your home!When I took them out from the box I noticed that they were made with quality material because they are thick and heavy. I could noticed the difference when I compared them with other coffee cups I have. Honestly, I highly recommend this product. Every day I’m excited to match my mug with my outfit! LOVED THEM!Fun note! I didn’t know that there are some cups you shouldn’t microwave. Since I know this brand makes microwave safe products, from now on these are the only cups I will use for my coffee at work because I know that at some point of the day I will need to warm up my coffee in the microwave! Ah!

I love the variety of colors and I’m happy that they hold a bit more than the usual tea cups. They’re also stackable and I stack them in my standard size cabinets two on top of each other. Great purchase I’m very happy with this item.

I love all the Sweese products. The colors are gorgeous and match my decor perfectly. Unfortunately, the dark teal mug broke about 8 months in while I was pouring hot water from a tea kettle into it. Then a year in, the dark teal dessert plate broke in half in the microwave. Is it the paint? I hope so because I don't want any of my other dishes to break!

I have purchased basically a whole new set of dishes in this color set combo, and everything is very nice quality very sturdy and shipped really quickly. So far my only issue I had was with these mugs. I received in my set 2 orange mugs and not the dark blue one (which I was bummed about because I really liked that color) but it's not a huge deal. They arrived very secure and snug and are not broken. It still got all the number of mugs! I'm sure someone out there is vibing with 2 blue mugs lol.
