These pills gave me relief from the frustration of legs twitching when I go to bed.
These are amazing ! Too many times I get into bed, exhausted, only to find my legs twitching and wanting to kick for hours. I tried all different remedies with no relief. Magnesium, yoga, stretching...nothing worked. These pills are natural and have resulted in a guaranteed good night sleep for me. I put a few under my tongue if my legs start twitching and within 30 minutes I am asleep. I have purchased these multiple times and will continue to.

Works great
I have had some restless legs, sometime to the point affecting my sleep almost all night. I take two of these about every other night and they work great. not sure if there is something else to say about them. But they do seem to work for me. I will continue to purchase
