It actually helps sweat!
This product really intensifies the burn in the arms, I have felt the heat in the arms. However, it is hard to strap them on the arms with only one hand. I wish it was like a tightening loop style which might be easier. This was the reason I gave 4 stars but function wise I think it's great!

I have high hopes!
I like these arm trimmers. I’ve just started using them and they definitely make your arms sweat. I think it’ll take quite some time but after a while, I do feel that they will help with my flabby upper arms. Lol. I do recommend these.

Exactly what I was looking for
It is good quality and perfect for my need. I bought a small size because I have small arms and these were a tad big but I’m fine with them. Very satisfied!

Make sure you order your correct size
Product it fine, I like it, even though I found it awkward to put on plus I ordered the wrong size. I dislike returning stuff. Its 14”, if anyone wants mine, you may have-free. I hate to waste it. Tks!

sweat arm wraps
These wraps are good and do the job intended. I purchased one for me and my daughter. The price was right and they fit well Now I have purchased two sets.

Fits better then Sweet Sweat arm trimmers!
I bought the sweat sweet arm trimmers in Xl almost a yr ago. I loved them and I've lost a few inches on my arms. The velcro wasn't sticking very good anymore and coming loose at the gym during workouts- they were on their last legs.. not to mention when I bought them they hardly fit around the fattest part of my arm with all my loose skin.I decided I needed a new pair. I noticed these in the search and begin to read the reviews.I gave them a try and WOW! it seems to cover more of my arm AND they fit fabulous without any pulling or tugging to get the straps closed!Pictured with my arms stretched out I Have Fitru vs. Sweet Sweat.Fitru on my left arm and Sweet Sweat on the right.It may not look like it a big difference but the feel and coverage is noticeable to me. In the individual pics Sweet sweat has pink lettering.I'm excited to try them I'm the gym! While taking these pictures I noticed my arm already heating up.Give these size XL's before buying any other brand!
