Well these have been tried & tested lol over the weekends hot weather.Brilliant best I've ever had.I was so pleased with them that I have this year even had some for my conservatory windows /very easy to shorten to the required length..I've had different types over the years for my conservatory doors.,some more expensive ones that have only lasted a few weeks , just fell apart /strings came loose/& snagged after a few weeks,.These ones not only `Look good but are Very easy to fit/hang & yes sure do stop flies/bees wasps etc .I have ordered several more for friends

A very good idea and they look really nice hanging. I have two hanging on the back door to help, as after reading other reviews it was obvious I'd need two to create a more substantial barrier. Plus I cut mine down in length by about 2" and they didn't come apart at all! Unfortunately they could do with being slightly heavier as if it's windy flies still manage to get through, but all in all I'm happy.

Ordered 2 for my single French door in the conservatory, but I've just had to order another 2 to give the door more cover/fullness, otherwise the strands are quite a distance apart if you are trying to keep the flies out! It looks ok gathered at the top half of the curtain but the bottom half is sparse and the strands tend to bunch together. I used a rod to hang them, but the strands do fly away in the wind.

These look lovely up (I’ve used them decoratively in my bedroom) however the quality isn’t fantastic and one arrived with the stitching undone. The seller was great and sent a replacement but that too has loose stitching. For the price they are fine but not the best of quality. Fantastic customer service though.

These might be ok for internal use due to the lack of wind but not to stop flying insects from an outside door. The individual strings start evenly spaced at the top but quickly stick to each other and bunch up at the middle and bottom leaving big gaps for flies to get through. Also, not a good look.

Got these yesterday. Am well pleased they're very good for the money. Have just put one up at side bay window and it looks really lovely will be doing the other side window soon and am just about to order some more for the main bay window. Great value for money and easy care. And the best bit is I ordered the Blonde colour and it matches exactly with my gold table cloth - well happy. Can't go wrong at this price.

Very, very lightweight. Need them for my front door and any slight breeze sends them in all directions and they get knotted up, just about better than nothing at keeping out the insects!Value for money for what they are.Can't seem to get heavy duty ones that do not have beads in them ( don't want beads crashing into paint work). They would probably be excellent for indoor use only.

For a see through effect these door curtains fill the bill. We have not had both doors open long enough to see whether they repellent flies and butterflies. We had a lot of butterflies trapped in the conservatory previously.
