 This backpack is awesome. Arrived perfect with no flaws. Very easy to put together, just place the bulb or the screen on and then screw the ring over to secure. I'm probably going to use the bulb more than the screen but it's nice to have both.This fits my cat in very easy. Actually I can say it's cat approved. My boy sits in it with no problems and then it is very easy to zip closed. The hard plastic is very sturdy. The inside is roomy enough for him to move around.It's really cute being able to walk around knowing my cat is safe and secure and cam see outside. It's funny, even after I open it it up, my cat stays in it (see pictures). I will use this when I need to take him to the vet, he hates the other cat carries I have bought, but seems to love this. That's a win in my book!

The whole reason I got this carrier was for the bubble window so my cat could see out side. It didn’t come with that, it only came with the plastic screen. Kinda upset. However, if that dosent matter to you it feels very sturdy, arrived in good condition and looks plenty big enough for my fat cat. UPDATE I just received the bubble window that I was missing. They saw the review and corrected there mistake. I’m actually extreamly impressed now. The window fits and I am now fully satisfied so I will be changing my 2 star rating to 5 cause just wow... customer service on fleek!

First of all, I’m super happy with the color. I ordered the pink hoping it would be a pale pink like the advertised picture and it did not disappoint. The assembly is super easy, you just screw the dome on.My first cat that I’ve had since she was a little kitten (8lbs, 1y old) strongly disagreed with going inside of it but once she was in, she was just chillin.I have another cat I rescued from the shelter and he’s an absolute unit (14lbs, 3y old). He broke through the dome. He’s had a rough life so I don’t blame him when he panics. He’s broken through every other pet carrier I’ve tried to put him in so taking him to the vet is a nightmare. The good news is there was plenty of room for him to throw a fit inside of the backpack before he broke out. (He didn’t get hurt, he’s just dramatic)

It’s really hard to get our cat to the vet or into the car on occasions when we just can’t avoid it. He’s a big boned Siamese and doesn’t like being told what to do. My daughter can carry the backpack on the back of her wheelchair and she absolutely loves all the attention the carrier gets. It looks like a cat space capsule. Yes the cat hates it, but it does the job in style. If you have a smart cat, you will need to secure the zipper or he’ll Houdini himself out in no time. We get around that by passing an oversized safety pin through the pull.

Perfect for what I wanted! It allows me to carry my cat hands free and let her see out the back. I was worried it wouldn't have enough ventilation but it has mesh sections on the side and a lot of small rings for air flow, even in the dome itself. It has a small leash to clip onto a harness inside so if I'm going somewhere like the beach where I'm worried about her jumping out before I have a leash on, I can clip her inside.My favorite thing is how light and sturdy it is. My old carrier was bulky and heavy without adding in my cat's weight. This carrier is so convenient!

I actually love the look. And people enjoy seeing my cats head in the window which is fun. Luckily it is the right size for my 6 pound cat. My bigger cats are a little tall for it so it is harder for them to be comfortable when looking out the window. Would not recommend for anything over 7-8 pounds. I have only had it for a few months and the metal rings on the front are rusting even though it hasn't been in water. Also it is a little awkward to put her in it because it doesn't have a side opening.

My boyfriend convinced me to buy this for our 8 month old Persian cat Cleo, and I was resigned that I’d have to buy it to satisfy him then return it immediately when our cat panicked. I assumed this would happen because she cries every time we go for car rides and she has to be stuffed in a carrier. To my utter surprise and amusement, Cleo loved it. I think it reminds her of her favorite activity, looking out the window. She especially enjoys putting her little nose to the vent to experience all the scents of the world. We fed her little treats for the first 15 minutes of using the carrier through the holes, which formed a positive association, and now when we get home, she isn’t even eager to get out. This totally makes her look like an astronaut which I think is a perfect metaphor for how our pet cats must feel all the time.Needless to say, we had a lot of people stopping us on the street and taking photos. Cleo gets to go on adventures and we have a new way to make our faces hurt from smiling. So happy to have this to enhance our cat’s life and let’s be honest, for our own entertainment.

My cat is 10 pounds and can lie down in this. I believe she is the max. size that can comfortably fit in here. It is well designed, there is a soft board at the bottom for the cat to sit, and holes at the sides and front so you can comfort your pet. I do have a fear that the capsule window will fall out, my cat will jump out from behind me when I'm backpacking her to the vet's and be gone forever, but it is actually quite sturdy.I have the dark silver one, which is rather inconspicuous - unless my cat meows, sometimes people don't know that it is a cat carrier, which is a major plus since I don't like people pointing to me on the streetI have received many comments at the vets about how cool this is. I do cover the window with a hat sometimes though (it is perfectly head shaped)so that my cat doesn't get stressed out waiting at the vets.
