A sweet Western set in a real historical venue with the Harvey girls. The characters seemed real . The story included some history, outlaws, murder and romance. I enjoyed reading it.

The story was rushed. I didn't get to know the people well enough to care for them. A story about Harvey House deserves better

Love this story. I have always been interest on the stories of the Harvey Girls,accounts in the beginning of Mr. Harvey life and a bit of history insight gave this book a special beginning to this series can't wait for the next story.

I enjoyed this story of adventure and suspense the characters are deep into a old legend and a murder mystery. The authors have added a little romance which never hurts a story.

What a great start to a series! So much interesting history and wonderful characters. You won't want to stop turning pages to solve the mystery!

A good story about the hotels and the restaurants that were built.by Harvey and their history and the women that worked there

This book gave a wonderful insight of Fred Harvey and his thoughts. Enjoyed and looking forward to a complete series!

I am blessed to find these books. I read some several years ago and then they got away from me. Every book is so filled with details. Great stories of a man who made America better
