Piece of Crap!
Happy homeowner remodeling kitchen orders new dishwasher and was sold a total piece of crap! Ordered all appliances and cabinets ahead of time, gutted kitchen and installed cabinet and appliances only to find out it doesn't clean, doesn't dry and it leaks. Seller has 30 day return policy, will not take it back or service it, they knew it was trash and sold it this way to take my money!! Stay away from CyberSavings seller on Amazon. Shame on Amazon for supporting this vendor not refunding a return.

Start buttons break and the part costs $500
I manage a building with over 120 of these dishwashers. Inside of the year I have been here about 10% of the units experienced a problem where the start button wears out and starts to fail to work. It gets worse over time until it eventually won't work at all. The part to replace this is 117512430. It is a simple part to swap and the old control board plugs right into it. I have replaced a dozen, and the part was once around $150 and commonly available. Now they suddenly cost $491 from Frigidaire. It is literally the only part that ever breaks on these machines in my experience with 120+ of them.EDIT: Oh yeah, Frigidaire deleted this comment on their claiming the review contains "Mention a competitor Includes personally identifiable information Mentions shipping complaints Including inappropriate media Contains a URL Product is obsolete Is vague or needs more detail Includes profanity"It includes none of them, and they just want to hide the fact the most common part of failure on these units is being sold at an exploitative price.

Horrible. HHHOOOOOORRRRRIBLE.
This dishwasher is decent at 2 things:Looking nice and not costing a lot.Although, considering how god awful it is at cleaning dishes and how much I have spent in the cost of extended warranties, service calls and my own time in both cleaning this POS machine and cleaning our dishes almost to totality BEFORE putting them in the dishwasher, I guess the cost is just spread out over the life of the device. So never mind that second part.I have lived on my own since I was 20. I purchased my first home at 23. I have never had a dishwasher fail so completely and quickly. From a year or two after moving into a brand new house with a brand new dishwasher, this machine just plain stopped cleaning dishes. Multiple plumbers couldn't get this working to an even vaguely passable level. You could hire a kitchen staff for less than what I've paid to try to get this thing working well. And the only thing about this dishwasher worse than how bad it is at washing dishes is how bad Frigidaire's customer service is. It's beyond it's warranty period, so they couldn't give to craps that this thing died a gruesome death at 20%-30% of the reasonable lifespan of how long a dishwasher should last.I cannot even describe how excited I am to eject this horrible nightmare from my home.

Spray arm breaks
It LOOKS nice, and worked well for awhile, but the bottom spray arm continues to break off., and even melted at one point due to the very high temperatures this dishwasher affords (I have 2 in my kitchen). I have replaced it several times but now I’m looking for a whole new dishwasher.

Useless
I had one of their dishwashers before and loved it. The best thing was the dishes rack. Lots of options and flexibility just what you would expect from a higher end unit. But that cannot not be said for this one. Oh, it is very quiet, it has lots of features but none of that means anything with the dish rack system is as bad as this one and all of the new FR systems are. I have washed one load and the cheap low end contractor spec home grade rack chipped three of my new dishes. The only things I can use this “thing” for is cleaning metal items. It is basically useless to me. Frigidaire should be ashamed of themselves for producing such a poor unit! I would give it a zero but the site will not let me!

It's not what it seems to be.
It is a really nice-looking dishwasher. Stainless steel, hidden controls at the top of the door, nice. I don't like it so much anymore. I have owned it for 7 months and for the first 2 months the top rack was broken and could not be used. I finally received the broken part in the mail and installed it myself. 2 months ago the control panel wouldn't light up and could not be used. I took the dirty dishes out of the tub and washed them by hand. It worked fine the next day. Not a good thing. 4 days ago the same thing happened only this time it is truly dead. I'm waiting for the repairman again. I can only assume that this machine is poorly designed and not built to last. Save yourself some pain and don't by one. Frigidaire is not your Dad's Frigidaire, it is owned by Electrolux, a Swedish company. Just an FYI.

Crap
Less then 18 months old and had to fix it 3 times. The latch keeps breaking because its plastic. Replacing it with an LG And bought the extended warranty. Don't waste your time.
