A definite must-have staple for any small bird owner...
WHAT A GREAT BUY! HERE’S MY TOP 5 WHYS: 1. MOVABLE PLAY GYM FOR TOP OF CAGE We try to give our birds as much time out of their cages as possible; and this gives them a safe, high, vantage point, where they can see everything, and tend to fly around less (if we leave the room, they fly and follow us, LOL. I use them to create a play space on top of their cages; thereby, effectively keeping their birdie messes centralized “into their cages,” for the most part. I had considered a more permanent play gym that attaches via bolt to the cage top, but realized that would interfere with the night time covers. To cover the cages each night, I can simply lift these perches up, cover the cages, then replace them back on top of the cover until the next day. As my birds are too short to reach the top perch, I used two macrame & wood ladders to help them climb. 2. EASY ASSEMBLY Literally (4) wood screws...done! Even comes with its own Phillips screwdriver! (I used a drill driver, and each was assembled in less than a minute. 3. HIGH QUALITY The perches and side supports are all solid pine; and they are also cut evenly, sanded, and pre-drilled exactly where needed! The sandpaper top perch reminds me of Rhino-liner used in the back of pick-up truck beds, and has been applied evenly, and looks nice. Finally, the plastic feet are also high quality, and serve to actually ”anchor” the perches atop the cages, as they fit perfectly in between the wires of my Vision cages! A definite bonus! 4. VALUE For the price, it can’t be beat! 5. PACKED WELL & SHIPS FAST As you can see from the photo, this is my second one, and they Both were packaged well, with a repurposable, plastic zipper bag with easy-to follow photo instructions, separated hardware, bubble-wrapped feeding cups, and a screwdriver. What are you waiting for? :) Just buy it already!

Great little playground for my baby cockatiel.
This was easy to put together. I appreciate the philipshead screwdriver. I was able to remove it from its handle and put it in my electric drill. Made it so much faster to put together. My cockatiel loves it. Took to it quickly. He Especially loves the shiny chain and beads! Will get alot of use out a this. Will be able to have him with me where ever I'm working in the house. Great item. Easy to clean and sturdy. The only down thing is when he's on the high perch the pan won't catch the poo so I put down an extra paper towel there.

I have mixed feelings about this one
Ok, so I've had table stands like this one in the past for my cockatiels but I haven't bought one in a long time. Til now. I searched different ones, paid extra special attention to the ratings, and since this was within the price range I was willing to spend for something my bird will shred with her big beak, I decided to take a chance. Let me start by saying it was easy to put together. I just looked at the picture and got it done. All the screws came with it, a very nice screwdriver that will be added to my toolbox, and I like the removable tray. It's big enough for my Indian Ringneck which is what was really important. It didn't come with any real toys so I bought a pack to add to it. She's a destroyer, even ate completely through a wall once and fell down between the sheets of drywall and I had to break through from the other side to rescue her. It's not that she doesn't have toys, she does, she's just a tiny destroyer, always has been. I wanted someplace for her to sit when I'm on my computer so she isn't constantly trying to break the keys off the keyboard. I worried she'd be afraid of this stand but I put her on it, enticing her with a treat and she sat on it for about 60 seconds before taking the treat and flying back to her cage. Baby steps. Today I have it in the living room and I'm sitting next to it in hopes that she'll stay on it and actually play. She's playing with one of the toys I added because it has a bell at the end. See, she doesn't chew bells, she smacks them when she's angry to let me know she's mad. Currently she's just exploring. It's a good sign. Now for the bad part. The ladder in the picture? Yeah, doesn't reach the tray so it's literally just swinging about 2 inches above it. When I was CAREFULLY screwing the pieces together, going slowly because I know dowel rods can split pretty easily, I noticed one splitting down the middle as I was putting the screw in. I'm not happy about that but I was 95% done and I wasn't taking the whole thing apart to return it when I'd already practically finished it. I'll wrap it at some point with tape to give her better grip but to also strengthen that particular rod. She's exploring, which is what I wanted, and she's having fun. She's not trying to eat the top of my door for the moment so I count that as a win. Oh, now she's actually chewing the wood above the bowls. Yay! Maybe my walls will be saved. Maybe.

My parakeet really likes it
I bought this for my parakeets a while back (unfortunately one has since passed) and it has been very much enjoyed. I took down the swing since my parakeet is afraid of it, and have simply hung toys up in the eyelets. I have an O-ring through a piece of balsa wood hanging on one of the middle steps as well. If he jumps onto the very top of it there's a tiny bit of bowing, but nothing that I would be concerned about. My only tiny qualm is that the toys on the T-shaped stand aren't on eyelets as well, which would make it really easy to consistently change out the toys. I also personally replaced the washers with larger ones, as I do that with any type of perch in his cage, so I can't speak much on the sturdiness if you use the provided washers. Overall he loves it, and it looks great on top of his cage!

Clearly Not Designed By A Bird Owner
I like the size of the stand and the perches themselves. The general problem is that the main perch that they prefer to sit on (of course the highest one is not over the mess catch tray. So, the catch tray does not catch much. The bowls do not slid in and out easily. So, generally, this is harder to keep clean. The hooks for the ladder were quite sharp. I intend to add higher perches more over the center tray to fix this design flaw. Ultimately, I think this stand has a lot of potential but needs to be redesigned to get the higher perches over the center mess catch tray. My other complaint with the bowls is that they also would have been better higher off a main center perch as some birds just do not want to be in a lower position. So, my advice for this company is to center the main perch over the mess tray and even better would be a second high perch next to it to allow more than one bird to pass without feeling the need to dominate the opposite bird. The bowls then should be positioned between the two bars in the dead center as birds drop food when they eat. They are the farmers of the rain forest. They replant what they like and they feed the lower animals in the rain forest. They are instinctually messy. So, naturally their food area will be the messiest spot as would beneath where they park their tail feathers. As a side note, the lack of bird awareness makes me worry that the metal screws and hooks may contain zinc. They claim that they are bird safe but their lack of bird design knowledge leads me to wonder. I generally do not like metal bowls as it can make liquids taste metallic. It would be better if the bowls were a bird safe ceramic or plastic. They should even offer to sell additional bowls as I change my bowls every time that I present them with fresh foods from the kitchen (not letting them to have the fresh stuff for more than an hour). This means that they get a fresh dish just like I get a fresh dish with my own food.

Good buy
Budgies love it. Easy set up. We did some light sanding around edges. Double check there’s no exposed nails. Good to go. Only thing is the food/water bowls; our budgies don’t use them very often; I’m thinking they are to deep and narrow for their taste. I like the removable tray. I use paper towels on top of it. I put the paper towels so that they are bigger than the tray to give further protection from droppings outside of the perimeter. I could not find any play sets that have a tray larger than the actual set itself to prevent droppings outside of the set. Why have no companies figured out how to do this yet! Anyways the paper towels work great.

Sturdy and safe
My wife and I picked this perch set because we liked the fact that it has no paint or anything that might be toxic to our two conures, a green cheek and a sun. We were hesitant because so many people said it was a bit wobbly, but it is what you make of it. Since you screw in the screws yourself it's as sturdy as you screw it. We followed the instruction video which was very helpful and it's very sturdy. We're pretty happy with it so far, and the birds are playing on it already.

Metal cups too big for cheap plastic cup holders
The metal cup holders do NOT fit in the cup holders. This small set was very hard to put together because there was not a Phillips screwdriver sent with the package. Here is what I had to do instead of using the metal cups.,, see picture
