It works fine, but...
... it's annoying because it's always ON when I start my computer, and I have to remember to press the button to switch it off.Maybe it's because I have the habit of switching the PSU off at the back, in order to have all the little internal lights off and save some extra energy, but the microphone should have it's default mode set to OFF, not the opposite!Other than that, it's a bit rough around the edges, a bit of a cheap construction item, but it does the job. It's been a few months since I bought it, and it still works.

Does the job fine for me.
Lap top microphone packed up and I needed a external one to make video calls with family.This looked to be jut what I needed at a reasonable price.Arrived quickly and very easy to use - just plug in and switch on.Quite satisfied with performance so far. Hope it lasts for quite a while.

It just works... until it doesn't
Best thing I can say about this mic is that it "just works". Plug in and away you go, has been perfect for Teams calls for the last 18 months but over last week it's started cutting out and now stopped completely so needs to be replaced.

Seems to do the job well
I tried this out on a WhatsApp call with a friend who is slightly hard of hearing. She said that the sound was much better than it had been using my Logitech webcam.I'd like to give a word of praise to the unusually clear instruction leaflet, which gives detailed instruction for settings in Windows 7, 10 and Apple OSX. It really is plug-and-play, at least in Windows 10; I didn't need to change any settings except for microphone level - the leaflet has a recommendation for maximum level.

Does the job for Slack and Hangouts calls
I have a built in microphone in my laptop but I found on conference calls no one could hear me clearly. This does the job, simple plug and play.The mute button is useful but it does not sync with most apps so the on screen logos do not show mute, just the red light on the microphone - but after testing it a few times it seems to work.

Picked this up as the microphone on my laptop kept failing.Just plugged in and it was ready to go.Sound and quality excellent.

Serious connection problem with Windows based Computers
Connects very quick and easy with apple.computers Bur Windows is a nightmare .I do not recommend.
