C# Programming from Zero to Proficiency (Beginner): Learning C# Made Easy for Beginners

Helped do a quick run through of C# which benefited my Intro To Game Programming class.- The beginning of the book felt like pages were duplicated or repeating.

This is a great book to get you started on the path to learning C#. This book walks you through exercises that you can follow along and do. The function and meaning of lines of code are explained well and helps you understand what is happening. The book is a good length for an introduction; it teaches you enough to get a good foundation without feeling overwhelming. My background: I knew a little JavaScript before reading the book, but I had no experience with C#.

C# is my personal favorite language and Patrick provides a gateway for both beginners and experienced programmers to learn from the start. I was able to pick up on terms and apply it in practice without many obstacles as this book provides code samples and challenges that help me remember. This book is highly recommend
