I would recommend you toast on high
I have received my package with the products in them. it's not aware of the time it would take to get here. but it is here now and I have had the product and toasted it. I would recommend you toast on high. in order to get the crust of toast. it is definitely seeded bread I've never had it before. I might reorder differently than I had originally. order a lot at once and order prime. thank you

Gluten Free, but even folks who don't care about that will love them
Delicious - never guess they are gluten free. They come frozen, so you need to sort them out when they get to you, but they're worth it.Well packaged, quickly delivered - much easier than trying to find them at the grocery store. You'd think Whole Foods would carry them, but they don't (at least not in SLU). Safeway sometimes has them in the frozen section, but I can't depend on it. This is a good option if you want to have something tasty that even folks who don't care about gluten free can enjoy.

and it was sooo good. I hadn't had a proper English muffin in ...
Responding to previous reviews and posted comments: Not only are they not gluten free, the ingredients are sprouted wheat, malted barley, sprouted Rye, sprouted Oats, and then even though every one of these alone would render the item NOT gluten-free, they have also ADDED organic wheat gluten. In BIG BLACK letters it says CONTAINS: WHEAT. They do say "flourless" but no where on the package does it claim to be gluten free. I know because I made the same mistake. (as mentioned in a comment) They were right above a big (relative to the display) yellow sign in the freezer section that said GLUTEN FREE. I am extremely sensitive to gluten... I will have side effects for days from one slight exposure... and I always read the ingredients. Even if the ingredients seem safe, I still won't buy it or eat it unless it says "certified gluten-free." And yet, being in a huge hurry, and the writing was frosted over and too small to see black on red under frost... I bought them. I didn't catch all this until I'd eaten one. I've been gluten free for 6 years, and I am 100% mistake free...I HAVE to be.... except for this day. I even react to some corn products. I really panicked at first bite, because I could taste the wheat. The texture and smell and taste screamed WHEAT!!! Don't eat!! But by now I had eaten half, so I ate the other half. I'm already going to be really sick, right? ... and it was sooo good. I hadn't had a proper English muffin in at least 6 years. I didn't go anywhere that day... and I waited. I read the label (by taking a picture and enlarging it) and was appalled... Every ingredient was gluten! I figured I was sick, sleepless & home bound for a week. So the really odd thing? I had no reaction to these. There are multiple reactions to gluten that really get my attention and keep me on track... but not one reaction. Not all day, not that night or the next day. I can't even touch normal bread, I wear gloves if I'm by it ... but for some odd reason I had zero reaction to these. Does anyone know why???? I even react to malt vinegar or soy sauce... why didn't I have a reaction to these?

NOT gluten free
I was looking for gluten free English muffins aND i saw a review on here that says they are gluten free, they are NOT. They contain sprouted wheat as well as barley, etc. if you look on the company website you will find the ingredients.I just thought I would let you all know if you have a gluten allergy like I do to save you from the pain and inconvenience that comes with being 'glutened'.

very good and filling
The other reviewer had it right. Toast on high. Add low fat cram cheese or plant butter. Very low glycemic index. It says glutten free... all I know is I have an intolerance to glutten and this product does not bother me in the least. One toasted english muffin and you are satisfied.

Great for breakfast!
Love these! I take one out of the freezer- thaw for 22 seconds in microwave, then slice and toast. Add a spread of fresh avocado and a slice of tomato- and I'm good to go!
