Absolutely Beautiful product
The Fan is Absolutely Beautiful and what we had expected. Installation was horrible though! The directions weren't useful as every pic basically looked the same for each step. Didn't have all the correct screws for mounting, bracket needed to be bent just to fit the remote controller inside, we had to run out and purchase different screws to replace the ones that did come with it & then we had to drill a hole where 1 of the screws had to go. This installation took us 4 days in-between working our fulltime jobs & 3 trips to the store to buy the correct parts. Very frustrating! We had purchased 3 of these. We still have 2 more to install but holding off til next month when we finish our upstairs. Dreading every moment!

Great styling, good functionality, good value.
Very good styling, remote works very well. Hard to get balanced on high speed, but fine on medium or low. Great light fixture, Edison lights look great, but donโt come with it....

Was not happy with product, but customer service was quick to reach out and help
I am updating my review because customer service was quick to reach out and make things right. It's evident they care about customer experience and providing quality products. If I had opted to ask for corrected parts or further instructions for installing I feel they would have been glad to help. There were no instructions for installation but there is a partial video online. The remote receiver and fan do not appear to be originally a package so the wiring does not work out correctly and you will be required to drill extra holes to allow for wiring. The screws snapped easily. I think I had an internal rod bent coming from the motor and customer service I'm sure would have sent a replacement if I had asked. Remote controlled lights well but it did not control fan speed as it should, this could have been a wiring mistake on my side but I followed the diagram exactly.

Looks great but install is not intuitive
Once you get this fan to actually hang from your ceiling it looks great. However, getting it mounted is not easy or intuitive. I have installed dozens of ceiling fans in my lifetime. I have worked in construction and am very mechanically inclined. Putting this one up was frustrating and time consuming. It took me a trip to the hardware store to try and find the right brackets and several times putting it up and down. The instructions are not clear at all. They are translated decently but do not have good pictures to help you bridge the gap and understand what it wants you to do.The bracket to hang it it gives you 2 options: 1. Mount from a concrete ceiling or, 2. Mount from a wood ceiling. The holes in the bracket are spaced too far apart to fit any standard electrical box in the US. I ended up drilling holes as far towards the center as possible and it was close enough to screw it in to my 4" metal ceiling fan mount box. Once that part was done the rest is fairly simple to put together and works like most other fans.I did not use the remote kit since I am using smart switches and wanted to be able to control the fan and light separately with Alexa. If you use the remote the fan and light have to be connected to the same switch and then you can turn the fan and light on/off via the remote. With 5 bulbs it is nice and bright and gave us the lighting upgrade we were looking for. We used the Edison bulbs here since we have used them for other fixtures and they come in a 5 pack. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VW9KPRB/My wife also felt that the provided pull chain did not match the style of the fan with the big crystal jewel on the end of it. We plan to always have it on low so I left it off. The chain does hang right on top of where one of the light sockets is. It would have been nice if it was offset and hung in between 2 sockets.

these are a foreign product
I finally got an electrician to install these [after the Covid issues] the instructions were 1 sheet of paper, nothing of use. The markings on the fans are in another language. Thank goodness he knew what he was doing. the brackets and the fittings do not match with US electrical code. He had to adapt all the fittings to work. Then we found out that it will not take LED lights. I had to go buy traditional Edison bulbs. They are beautiful, I love them and what i thought they would be in the end. But I had to pay 6.5 hours for the electrician to install 2 fans and add a ceiling bracket for one of them.

buyer beware
I'm not new to the construction industry. Been building homes and installing things like this for years. I could not believe how useless the instructions were. Do not think they're going to give you any kind of help what so ever. unfortunately, I didn't install this light and fan right away. I've had it a while now. so return is out of the question. Fortunately I'm pretty good at flying by the seat of my pants. I did manage to get it installed. It' looks real nice and seems to work well........ now. The remote never did anything. and since it wasn't working to by pass it the light would be on full time. I had to install another pull chain to turn the lights off and on. All and all it took me several hours of fighting and backing up trying something different and a trip to the hardware store for another switch to make the Lights work. Over all we do like the looks of the thing but If I wasn't skilled at construction and had the tools necessary for alterations to make it work it would have been a disaster. Why not send it back??? well, it was a birthday present for my wife and I was going to make it work no matter what.Unless you are an electrician or VERY handy beyond the normal homeowner DIY. Do not but this lamp expeting to install it yourself. you're going to be needing a qualified and experienced electrician. who can think on their feet and come up with fixes.Rob
