Here olive oil has been produced for more than five hundred years from 1426, the year of its foundation. The philosophy has always been to offer a healthy, genuine and natural product and this is only possible by directly following every phase of the production.The Frantoio di Santa Tea Toscano Colline di Frenze is from the cru selection of extra virgin olive oils. It is made from a blend of Italian olive varieties including, Frantoio, Moraiolo and Pendolino. A versatile EVOO with a very well balance profile, robust flavor and a medium fruity aroma. The taste is harmoniously spicy and bitter with notes of grass, thistle and artichoke. Excellent for use in pastas and with tomatoe sauces. An enhancing finishing oil.
