I like this product for my allergies because they are at a great price point. The value is better than any dollar batgain store brand I ever found them as I shop there normally for them. They work just as well as the name brand. After all, the ingredients are the very same. I vote yes to these allergy tablets!

A cheap version of benadryl, or in my case... dog meds. It the exact same ingredient that in my expensive allergy medicine for our dog. The bottle was exactly the same as in the advertisement but the pills themselves look a bit different than other reviewers posts. They are tiny capsules, not tablets. Not a problem for our dog, but would be for me if I intended the purchase to be for myself...Can't swallow pills

About once every 6-8 weeks, I stay up too late, and for some reason getting out of my normal routine will make it difficult to get to sleep. So I will take Diphenhydramine, an antihistamine, so that within 30 minutes I can fall asleep. I don't use often because this drug will compromise breathing for people. For me, the breathing effect is only minor, so it's not a major problem. Another reason I only take on occasion is that once in a while I will wake up more groggy than I want to, but this only happens rarely. Usually, I get up, have a cup of coffee, and I'm fine. Finally, I don't want to use as a crutch, just for those times I get out of my usual sleep routine. For occasional use, I can recommend Reliable 1.
