Installation was a breeze. I don't know how other reviewers were having difficulty with installation. I had everything buttoned up in less than 20 minutes. I do recommend a helping hand to hold the Moen faucet aligned while the installer(you) tightens the plastic nut to the bottom of the sink. Instructions had every step with explanation and visuals. The faucet performs well. We now have full water pressure in the kitchen! The plate-cleaning-spray-mode doesn't spray water everywhere, unlike other brands. The brushed stainless finish looks great. I will update this review on how our ownership progresses. Excellent value for the money. I glad I went with Moen!

Beautiful and easy to install.

The faucet arm curves up above the sink at a higher level than the previous faucets we've had in our kitchen. However, after an initial adjustment period, we actually like the higher level more. Too many times I couldn't turn over a pan or cookie sheet because it clanked up against the faucet. With this faucet, there is enough clearance for all of our pans and cookie sheets and bowls.Additionally, the water flow control has a good and easy-to-use range. Small adjustments to strength of flow and temperature of the water are easy to make. Small taps don't move the dial from blistering hot to ice cold or from full flow to tiny drizzle. While this might seem to be a "given" for the average faucet, we have had two kitchen faucets (neither of them cheap) that offered less control over flow and temperature.The only "drawback" --for us--is the placement of the water control lever on the right side of the fixture. Yes, we could have installed it with the controller on the left, but the problem would have been the same one: you always have to hold the item to be washed in the same hand (either left or right, depending on the way it has been set up). Pick the "wrong" hand, and you have to reach across the water stream to move the control lever. We have had lift-up levers in the past that were equally accessible from either hand, so we have had to adjust to the new configuration. It isn't a "problem," but it is something to which we must adapt.Finally, we like the water flow control, called the "pull-down wand." The wand has a button which selects either "stream" or "spray." This button works smoothly and efficiently and is not difficult to engage. Previous faucets we have owned had small buttons to push, and after a while it took some effort to push them down completely. That is not the case with this fixture. The wand can be easily pulled down and directed around the sink or down inside a pot or pan to scrub out a utensil.The bottom line for us? An outstanding fixture that works perfectly and looks great!

As part of our kitchen renovation, we chose this faucet to modernize the sink area. The installation was surprisingly easy following the directions. The spray option is powerful and long enough to accommodate a double sink and the faucet neck swivels easily from side to side. The unit also came with a soap dispenser pump which we did not install but looks attractive. We did research on several units and felt this faucet was a good price for what you get.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install and it flows/sprays water well. The control handle is precise and easy to move. The soap dispenser is mostly plastic. This replaces a Delta that started misbehaving after only 2 years.My only real dislike of this one is that there is insufficient friction in the swivel for the riser. Every other kitchen faucet that I have ever used has had enough friction that it would stay at the angle you set it to. With this one, when I push it to the side then release it, it returns part way toward its original position. That makes it feel very cheap to me, even though the rest of it seems to be well thought out and of good quality.

Love this faucet. Nice elegant, modern look, smooth operation, good water flow, quality materials, and most importantly, easy to install. It even comes with an extension tool for tightening the single main mounting nut, which is a real back saver for installation in a sink that is already mounted in the counter top. Another convenient feature is that the soap dispenser can be refilled from the top so you don’t have to mess around under the sink to fill/refill it. Nice!!! The only thing extra I had to do was add some clear sealant under the main mounting plate as I had a slight gap on one side even when it was torqued down as tight as I could get it, but that was probably due to mounting it into an older stainless sink that might have a slight warp in the mounting area. This might not be an issue mounting in granite or a more solid material. Overall, VERY happy with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Thos product looks great and was fairly simple to install. Gave it 4 stars only because while trying to tighten the lock nut the faucet wants to fall over making it hard to keep it centered. I would recommend having a second person hold it in place while you do this step. Hot water is in the upward position. Can be easily swapped if you use the "hot" water line on the cold water inlet and vice versa on the other line. A little bit of water dribbles out of the line once it is turned off but I believe it is just the residual water running out of the hose. All together I feel like it is a great product.
