For a slightly harder goat cheese, the flavor of this brand of goat is bar none the best. Perfect for a cheese plate and pairing since it doesn't crumble. If you like goat, you'll adore this. Mild, creamy n lovely.

Surprisingly good cheese! Has the semi-soft texture of a havarti. The flavor is a cross between a tangy goat and creamy havarti. We really liked it and plan to purchase again. Great addition to a cheese board.
