Just what I was looking for the 10:1:1 ratio

I wish I liked the taste better. Ended up getting capsules instead. Could not drink this.

I had read one of their review that the container is less than half, so I was hesitant in buying the product but some people also wrote a good review so I decided to give it a try. It taste great but I just can't believe that the looks nearly empty. I feel ripped off. The size of the jar is very misleading. I don't know how good this product is that's why I'm still giving it a 3 star, but they really should change the size of the jar to a smaller size to match how much of the product they put in.

The flavor was almost like a liquid candy and made me nauseous while I worked out. It definitely kept my hydrated and I was not as sore after my workout, so it did it’s job. The container was half empty, very misleading when buying the product. I measured the BCAA powder and it was the correct amount, it’s just in a large misleading container. I would buy again because the product did what it is supposed to do, but I would get another flavor, blue raspberry is too much.

Too sweet for my taste. Wish they used stevia as a sweetener.

All you can taste is the aspartame or whatever artifical sweetener is in it. Tastes cheap but you get what you pay for. Will pay a little extra for other products that taste better in the future. (I recommend NLA For Her for those who are sensitive to artifical sweeteners like me. Thats what I'm going back to)

It definitely helped with during workout energy and post workout soreness
