Didn’t give me a lot of extra height about 3/16 is all, which helped quite a bit actually. When new 175mm cranks get here, I’ll be dialed. So gave me what I needed.What I really love about it though is it saved a bunch of weight over the old school steel post. It also goes far further into the frame than the stock steel which I had extended to the max. Also seat clamp is far better than original. Which is a goose Hitch.
