This product is amazing. From cooling the eyes from tiredness to helping with episodes of migraines. Would buy again. Has been used for over a year and still in use. It's comfortable and the elastic makes it a perfect fit.

These are excellent quality for a good price & retain their coolness for a good period of time. Easily mould to your eyes and adjustable strap very useful. I would recommend this product.

A nice compress but have to wear with the soft side facing out or you don't feel the cold

I didn’t buy this for puffy eyes, although I’m sure it would work really well for this, but for headaches. I’m prone to cluster headaches, which feel a lot like someone has taken a blunt knitting needle and shoved it into your eye-socket just above the eyeball. It takes time for painkillers to kick in, and I use cool packs to help with the pain while they begin to work. I keep mine in the fridge all the time so it’s nice and cold whenever I need it. I know you’re supposed to use the soft fabric side against your face, but I really like the cold plastic against my eyes. The light pressure it provides feels lovely, and the adjustable elastic strap is soft and comfortable and doesn’t feel like it’s trying to squeeze my head like a melon with elastic bands around it. The velcro, even with the strap inside out (due to me preferring the wrong side) doesn’t snag my hair, nor does it scratch my ears or rub against my face – and when you’ve got a bad headache, these things really matter and are so annoying. The gel beads retain a nice coldness for about half an hour, and then stay cool for about that again. There are plenty of beads, so each eye is covered well. It blocks light well, too, which, again, is great for headaches. If you’re buying for headaches, I recommend having two, so you can swap them out as they begin to warm.

This product has a reasonable weight of liquid balls meaning it retains heat for longer after microwaving. This is great for relieving symptoms of dry eyes and clearing tear ducts. The strap is also of a good length meaning it can be adjusted for a good fit, even for a larger head. Overall this is a great product, that I would recommend.

Works best frozen and defrosted for a few minutes so its soft. Really helps my cluster headaches. A little uncomfortable over the bridge of my nose but it does a good job.
