Misleading Top Review Keto Users, there are 3g of Carbs. These are UK made and the UK we don't subtract Fibre from the Carbohydrates on food labels, it's already done for us on UK/EU labeling! Still though.. I love these and they fit into my Keto life perfectly so continue to watch your Macros and don't count them as 0.6 as someone falsely calculated. Wouldn't want you to get kicked out of Ketosis now would we ;)

I like these although the chocolate covering is not as thick as the pictures look.I also found some packaging in one packet that was a surprise..

Chocolate was melted on most seeds but the ones that had chocolate were very tasty indeed

These are FABULOUS! Only tried the milk chocolate so far but absolutely delicious, no horrible synthetic artificial sweeteners, nice crunch to them without being sickly sweet. Love that they are a source of protein and fibre whilst being relatively low in carbs and sugar.So chuffed I’ve found these, really excited to try the other flavours now. Would wholeheartedly recommend, great price as well compared to some other very overpriced ‘healthy’ snacks.
