I bought this product because I use cinnamon in my smoothies every morning and thought I would try a pill instead of the powder. I'm not sure of the benefits yet but I like the face that you can understand all the ingredients and that this product has antioxidant booster and no preservatives and you get your veggies in by taking it.

This supplement has a nice taste and smell and I’m looking forward to keeping my blood sugar in balance with this product. I’ve read about the benefits of cinnamon and specifically Ceylon cinammon for controlling blood sugar, joint function etc. and the Authentic by Nature brand is a great supplement.

I absolutely loved that this product was as advertised. The cinnamon smelled great before I even took the supplement! I have not noticed much of a difference in my health, but will continue to take this.

Looks and smells great. Cinnamon is good for keeping blood sugar stable so the diabetic in our house takes it.
