Buffer pH Vaxa International 120 Caps

I've been using this product for over 10 years in conjunction with the Vaxa pH test strips and it has been a lifesaver for the times I have flare-ups from Interstitial Cystitis. I usually feel the pain of a flare-up, then I check my urine with the pH test strips to confirm if I'm running acidic. When I am, I immediately take one of these capsules on an empty stomach with a huge glass of water and find that my pain is lessened. I usually only need 1-2 a day for flares, but they help immensely. I've also found that if you take too many, they can cause you to run too alkaline, which also bothers my bladder. That's why the test strips are a must--for me, if I'm running a pH of 6.5-7.0, I'm usually feeling good. If I go over 7.5 or under 6.5, I usually have problems. Buffer pH pills and test strips help me self-monitor and control my symptoms well.

This has helped my IC tremendously! I rarely have a flare anymore but if I do, I take a few extra capsules and drink tons of water and the pain subsides. Definitely a link between being acidic and bladder pain. Great product!

Using the product has kept my body in balance according to the ph strips I use to regularly check my ph. Even though I am 74 my bones are in excellent condition because my body is not overly acid which promotes bone loss. It also keeps my energy up by keeping my body ph in balance. I very seldom get sick since disease grows in an acid body. If I did not take the product my body would be acid since it tends to run in the acid range. I cannot eat enough raw fruits and vegetables to keep my body from being over acid.

Hard to swallow pills for me.

Please, Please never stop making this product. It has saved my life from pain due to my IC Bladder Inflammation. There is no known cure for this lifetime inflammation and Buffer PH is the only thing that relieves me of all of my symptoms: constant urge to urinate, body aches, fatigue, lower abdominal pain.
