Little to no instructions. Unable to get it to work. It took me over a month to try to get it to work. First bought speedtalk sim and it was only 2 G so didn’t work then took it to T mobile as suggested in institutions and they don’t have a sim option for any smart watches. Now I can’t return it . Very upset.

Do not waste your time and money. This is the worst purchase. I spent many hours and never got this working. There are no directions and no way of troubleshooting.

I bought three of these for my older kids. At first I loved them because they were relatively affordable but now I see that I just wasted my money.The GPS is a joke. It always shows my kids are blocks away eve when they are standing right next to me.In order to call you have to program the watch, going through a series texts. It’s both confusing and frustrating. I did manage to do it though and have minimal problems talking to my kids.You can program 10 numbers for the kids to be able to call but it doesn’t keep strange numbers from calling them. My children have already received several strange calls.These watches are supposed to be water resistant but they aren’t. I never let the kids wear them in the pool. They wear them while washing hands. But I took the kids to a park that had water toys and though the watches would be fine while the kids got a little wet for 15 minutes. My sons is now broken with water damage. It wasn’t even submerged. It wasn’t even exposed for 30 minutes.Seriously, this watch is ONLY good for making calls. Don’t let it get wet!
