Slow because the water must run slowly ( Less flow ) to get to hot. Fine for kitchen sink and basin but too slow for bathtub or shower. For the price... adequate. Not completely happy but reasonably satisfied.

Great tank for the money. Produces hot water but volume/pressure is a problem for large applications. I bought this tank for a master bathroom addition; 2 sinks, one soaker tub, and one shower. However, although it claims 4.2 GPM it will only allow through at best 1.5GPM. It would work great for a lavatory or shop sink where volume is not important but for a full bathroom a much bigger tank will be required. Just for reference, our city water pressure is over 5GPM but the tank itself will only allow about 1.5 through the system. At this rate it would take 15-20 min to fill a soaker tub.

Spent about $100 for adapters and longer hoses but overall a great buy. Can only use one shower or appliance at a time but great for the price. Would not recommend for whole home I would got with a higher gpm.

The media could not be loaded.  We’ll, for those of you who have watched Peter’s video on YouTube… here’s the functionality of his recommendations. It’s working great as a pool heater. Had family over the weekend and by using my Wi-Fi control brought the temp up to 93degrees. Is it noisy? Heck yeah! Is it in Celsius? Darn right! Does it work? Absolutely!! We couldn’t live without our heater, it takes the cool water from the pool and runs it through and sends it back at about 137 degrees. After about 2 hours of running my pool is so much better!Would I do it again? Totally! It’s been two seasons and I can’t see ever needing a different one.

very easy to install if you are a medium grade home mechanic The instructions suck at best ! Almost non existent and they do not help after it is working. When we started using it it would not stay lit. In the shower and change the temp and it would go to scalding and then cold. I found by managing the water flow and Winter Summer settings it works. Just do not make any fast temp changes as it will go cold.MAJOR INFO NOT PROVIDED ON THE NATURAL GAS INDORE UNIT. Most US units require a special vent cover that provided fresh air for combustion. As it had no info I ask several plumbing people and they had no idea. This unit is side vented , slots, for combustion air and does not need one. It does not come with any vent to vent pipe adapter so I had to make one.We sure like it now and is a great value.I will be hanging out the heater in our Summer home as we never have enough hot water to use the Spa tub.

New leaking unit never got service or response. They tried to blame me. It was leaking from day 1.

Works very well should have the ability to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit

A very significant design improvement from previous models. A super value for the money. I use it to heat an above-ground pool. I use a small diaphragm pump to move water from the pool to the heater inlet and the outlet goes directly into the pool. A super simple pool heating solution.
