After reading all the reviews I was kind of worried about the chrome and paint coming off this piece. I decided to order it anyways as it does look really nice and I felt lucky that day! Some important things to note. I am not using this as a necklace at all. I strictly bought this to make my keys fancier lol.First off it is a lot smaller than I had anticipated. It only measures 1 and 9/16ths (4 centimeters) of an inch horizontally and 1 inch (2 and a half centimeters) vertically. So I think it would have been a little better being slightly bigger. The weight feels good for the size. The weight is about half an ounce.The colors are really nice and the craftsmanship is really good, the stars are well defined. It does have the VENICEBEE company logo on the back which consists of the letter V inside a hexagon. I just plan on telling people the V stand for Victory!If the chrome of paint starts to fade or peel off I'll come back and update this review. Right out the box it looks great. Again these are going to be on my keys so I expect it to get scratched a little bit but don't feel like the chrome should come off and the paint should be alright. They also shouldn't be getting wet very often.Date written: 7/24/14 (1 day after opening)STATUS SO FAR: ExcellentUpdate: 6/7/15 (Almost a year later)Figured I would come back and update my review in case anybody needed it. The silver chrome on the flag had indeed faded and turned a bronze color like other reviewers have mentioned. I personally don't think that's a big deal because they are only on my keys. I could see how if you wear it that might cause skin irritation or something. Other than that it's held up really well. The paint colors are still perfect so it still looks a lot like a great flag. I would say that the chrome started to fade around 3 months in and we're almost completely gone about 10-11 months in. Hopefully this helps you. I'll keep this item at 5 stars because for the purpose in using it for its held up and still looks good. Just bronze instead of silver. I'll even post a picture to make this your one stop review.

I was looking at various flag items on Amazon and saw this and it looked like something I had to have. I did order it and I would receive a beautiful well made item. I do have lanyards that I will attach it to. Also I used the free delivery service and received the item rather quickly. All I can say is good job Amazon. I must also add that Amazon recently located its second headquarters in my home state of Virginia. The reports are that the economic ripple effects will be felt in other parts of the state as well. I do hope that all works out for Amazon here in Virginia.

Its a metal that is not scratch proof, understandable. It could have been scratch proof if it where a different metal and shiny, that would have been awesome for people who are active. With that in mind you'll be comforted for just in case you drop it or you jog and the chain breaks and then you gash it. But I am sure this is just the beginning of what products they can create. I am still satisfied over all with the product. I will purchase any significant alterations.

Nice pendant! Wore this for a very long time. The silver finish eventually wore off but lasted a long time for the price.

I really like this dog tag. It is exactly as described. The quality surprised me, as I wasn't expecting it. I love it and wear it often, everywhere.

i bought 3 different little dog tags fro mthis company. they are about the size of 2 nickles put together. i dont wear them it was just a random thing i bought being bored on amazong but if you like them you wont be disappointed.
