Customer service did an excellent job of correcting the shipping error.Their follow up was great. They made sure replacement order had extra tracking to make sure problem was corrected.Very happy with result.

The beef was tasty.. I thought the new York strips should have been thicker! Overall my clients were very happy and that makes for a happy chef. Maybe a little thicker on the cuts, a little less glossy booklet...The package came right on time! Great packing job! Thanks!

Some is very tough meat
Some pieces are pure perfection.. some are pretty tough.. It may be better quality beef than what I find in a NC grocery store, but I'd never serve those to a guest. The meat is so tough I'd be embarrassed. The flavor is good but not extraordinary.The cuts seem fine and I can't see whats old and what's great.
