I love them. This is the third that I bought.
Stable, autostarts on power resumption, hence a reliable remte device that never goes offline even after power loss, storm or Microsoft full updates. Since it comes with Windows 10 Pro, it supports remote desktop connection. Also pretty powerful. I have never noticed any performance issue. It is also well ventilated, even in a closed environment, never heats up its nearby devices. I just don't need more than 3, otherwise I would have bought more. Highly recommended.

Fanless pc
Great product after you get it up and running.Tech support not all that good, you can't call support to talk to anyone that's why I gave it 2 stars. Other than that when I finally found a video on youtube that someone put up on there I hit the reset button and it finally loaded windows 10 which I think it should do right out of the box.

Not for video - streaming or otherwise
I bought this as an entertainment PC for playing stored media and such. I only chose this model because of value and because the description eludes to this box being used for video. It doesn't do video. 4k (heck, 1080p) is choppy and laggy. Only 3 stars for being misleading - but in the end, you get what you pay for. I will make a workstation out of it and try again.

Blue screen out of the box
Ordered this to simply have in the lobby to show pictures, out of the box, turned it on, it gets the blue screen of death. Exchanged it for a new one, same problem!! 0 for 2, I'm done, I will not waist time imaging, troubleshooting a brand new product, it should at least boot up. I tried to email the support email address they listed, it bounced back as undeliverable . Not at all impressed.

Great little PC for light duty stuff
I bought this to use on my electronics work bench with a 24" LED monitor for viewing schematics and service manuals online. I needed something with a tiny footprint so a laptop was out.Works GREAT. Have not had a bit of trouble with it. Probably not enough horsepower for "heavy lifting" but for my purposes, and for the price, it can't be beat
