These Vit B3 tablets seem to be excellent, in terms of size (easy to swallow: some of the same strength are apparently uncomfortably large). they are conveniently and attractively packaged, and the order came very promptly. My main use for B3 is in relation to long term maintenance of good (= for an 85 year old like me, younger looking) skin. It's probably too early to say how they are doing, though I am beginning, after a couple of weeks, to think I see a good effect (in combination with other things like charcoal soap, exfoliation and moisturizing (yes, at my age it's hard work to be vain). I also think, as I see some other reviewers have found, that I sensed a boost to general wellbeing after quite a short time (5 days or so). So: a fully satisfied customer!

The capsules are well sized. Deliver was on time. I need more time to give verdict of the benefits they have, as I have just started using them. Therefore no comment on quality.

Consultant told me to buy these and take daily, as in age, my skin is getting thinner. I honestly think they are helping. I love the Capsules as last month by accident ordered the tablets. They are huge, and both my husband and I had trouble swallowing them, so keep to the Capsules

Was informed that this product helped with acne. My 15 year old son has bad skin and has cream from the Dr. These tablets seem to make a very big difference to his acne. All spots have dried up. Unbelievable.
