Rotator Rod Curved Shower Rod, White Cap w/ White Accent Ball

I really love this innovative product. It works as advertised and makes the shower and the bathroom feel much roomier. My only complaint is that the mountings feel a little shaky and the handle likes to slip free when I let go of it. That said, it hasn't slipped at all on the mountings, and it takes all of half a second to put the handle back on, so I'm thinking of buying another for my other bathroom.

Expensive item, nice rod with white end cap but Rotator Rod is not well-designed and strong enough to hold the rod up with curtain on. When I put curtain on, it slowly moves down because Rotator Rod does not lock into position as it described. To fix it, I must use plumber seal to seal it up permanently and gave up the rotation feature (does not work for me anyway!). I should not buy it if I know that Rotator Rod made of plastic and a losing the postion lock! In the future, I will consider "Walmart's Canopy Curved Hotel Shower Rod, Chrome" cheaper and better.

I purchased this for our guest bathroom to give more room while taking a shower, yet get the curtain out of the way when not showering. The rod is similar to those found in most hotels now and curves out into the bathroom giving you more room in the shower. Unlike most hotels though, this rod can rotate back into the shower when you're not using it so you're not fighting the shower curtain when using the sink or toilet. The product is exactly as described, was easy to install and works perfectly.There was an initial problem. It seems that they now have a "Version 2" rod, and some vendors still have the "Version 1" rods. I discovered this after I ordered the "No Drill Adaptor Kit" so I could mount it without drilling into my tile. There was a note with the kit stating that it was incompatible with "Version 1" rods (which, it turns out, I had received from Amazon). The note also expressed their apologies and had a phone number to call for replacement. I called and they said they'd send a Version 2 rod out immediately and a pre-paid shipping label to return the Original rod. I received the replacement very quickly. I had another issue with some adhesive from the adaptor kit that had dried in the tube. I called again, and yet again, they were EXTREMELY friendly, apologetic and responsive. I received a new No Drill Adapter Kit within a day or two.I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough. I deal with a lot of mail order products, primarily through Amazon, and can get quite discouraged when things aren't right. They made EVERY effort to make things right as quickly as possible. I highly recomend the Rotator Rod, but if you're still on the fence about ordering one of their rods, do it to support small companies with great customer service!!!!

I installed this today. It does what it says it will do. However, it is the weakest most cheaply made shower curtain rod I have ever seen. My husband and I looked at it and made plans for what we will do when it breaks in the near future. I hope we are wrong about it breaking, but due to the extremely cheap quality and design it is only a matter of time. We're ready to patch the holes on the wall and replace it with a quality rod when it does. I had high hopes for this rod. Very disappointing to say the least.

Works awesome, but the anchors all broke. Had to use power drill to install, even though the box says you don't need them. Hopefully it holds my curtain and liner. The function of it is great though! Perfect for my tiny bathroom! Everything feels more spacious!

It's nice to have extra space while showering and then being able to rotate it for more space in the room . The bar feels a little flimsy, but has held up so far. We don't hang anything heavy - occasionally hang a few shirts to dry, but wouldn't trust it to hold multiple pairs of denim or other heavy items.

When my wife ordered this for our guest bathroom, along with a new inner and outer shower curtain, I raised my eyebrow at it, and was skeptical about whether the rod would rotate into the shower when not in use, and then rotate outside when our guests were showering. Although the wall fittings are mostly plastic, they seem made of a good grade of plastic and installed easity -- requiring a marking pencil and a drill -- the job was done in less than 10 minutes by two people (because the rod needs to be supported -- if you dropped it, I think it would probably destroy or damage one of the plastic brackets), including measuring twice and drilling once. I purchased this a little under a year ago as part of a remodeling project for my small bathroom. It was great... until it broke yesterday. It was rotated for 1-2 showers per day, so not super heavy use. It rotates easily, and worked very well in a small bathroom where space is at a premium. However, the rotating mechanism snapped off where it joins the rod and it cannot be fixed. It works very well... but only lasted about 11 months.
