We frequently order the 3.5 gallon tub, but we've noticed that it's getting increasingly harder to remove the plastic seal. Our most recent one is almost impossible to open. Not sure what happened, but something changed and I'm hoping they fix it soon.

Easy to open the bucket and cheap for a lot of product

Tastes great, great quality. I've gone through two buckets and both had a number of small black contaminants.... Makes me wonder how many white contaminants in not seeing. Either way I'm happy with the product.

I use this instead of sucrose sugar in baking. It is less sweet than "regular" sugar so I use the Sweet Monk brand of liquid monk fruit to "amp up" the sweetness. It still caramelizes pretty well.

we had an orphan foal this year and needed to make a milk substitute to hand feed him. Dextrose is the safest sweetener to use, and this was easy to put together, with 2% milk

Love this product!! I feel like you can add this to any shake and it will taste better. First opening it can be a hastle but after making the cuts, just work each side and it comes off fine. Because it doesn't come with a scoop, you need a scale to measure it out. I do a gram per gram of protein. Def recommend!
