Loved the set. Pieces are quality and nicely weighted. Mat is great and made with quality material.Two nit-picks: the mat was poorly cut on one side and the quiver bag leaves a little to be desired in terms of ease of packing and quality feel.

Nice large size - easy to use. Chess pieces are nice size and well made.

Well made set featuring a quality board, weighted pieces, extra queens, and a decent storage bag to carry the lot. There is a variety of colors too so you can match your style.

I know there were descriptions of the weight and size of the pieces, but I was still pleasantly surprised with how big and heavy the pieces are.I didn't have any of the rattling some others described in their reviews, just good, solid chess pieces that don't fall over easily. Has made over-the-board play much more enjoyable than the old set I had. And the board didn't seem kinked or bent, or have an unpleasant smell to me.Overall, a great chess set.

Looks great and the weight of the pieces feel great. I got the "plastic" smell that people were talking about. That is normal. Just wipe it down with a damp cloth and some soap and dry it thoroughly and it will go away.

The triple weighted pieces feel great and seem very sturdy, and the board is quite decent. I like that it already has the algebraic notation on the sides. I'll likely upgrade to a wooden board at some point, but what I was really after were some heavy, durable pieces, and this set delivers on that! The portability is also great.

Excellent chess set! I use this when I go out... I’ve taken it to small restaurants and friends places. The adjustable strap makes it easy to bring along. The triple weighted pieces look good and I got to choose the color board and case/quiver (blue). No complaints for what it is.

When you pick it up by the handle it all folds in half. I had to put a wrapping paper roll in it to make it sturdy.
