Directions For First-Time Prill Beads Use: Prior to initial use rinse the whole mesh bag in water to remove excess dust. Place the mesh bag of Prills in a one gallon (4 litres) glass or glazed ceramic container (only). The alkaline in the beads will attack plastic. Fill with drinking water and let sit for 12 to 24 hours to build up initial charge.You may pour off up to three quarters of the water volume at one time and refill with drinking water. The charge will rebuild itself within one hour. After Prill water is made, it can be stored in any container except soft plastic. E.g. glass bottles i.e. wine bottles etc, cheap plastic bottles like what distilled water comes in. If the bag of Prills will not fit through the opening of your container, remove some of the beads from the bag or pour the Prills in loose. Please Note Overtime minerals contained in the water may discolour the Prills. The colour does not affect the functioning of the Prills.
