A little off
This came several days early. While the color is about the same, the finish is much shinier than the OEM wood. I didn't think it was so bad as to not use it but there is definitely a difference - like a satin vs a high gloss finish. Some might be OK with it. Others may not. My wife and I were OK with it. Otherwise looks good installed.
