Excellent
I like it. It's a good size for us. It's reasonably priced yet it sautees, which function is not on all soupmakers. To clean, you just add water and squeeze of washing up liquid to below the fill mark and blitz a few seconds. They provide a brush and cloth for awkward bits.The soup is delicious and it's really easy to use.Edit one year on still going fine. I saute veg in it first to soften before blending. No problems.

Disappointing results
Product looks good and has all the functions needed however the performance so far has been disappointing. I bought this as a replacement for my soup maker which gave up after about 4 years constant use and the quality of the soup is just not the same. I have only used the smooth function but the soup is not smooth, it is still bitty and it has a taste I can't take to which I think may be caused by the veg not being cooked long enough before it tries to blend it down. I am using exactly the same quantity and ingredients as I did with my old machine. Today I reverted to a pan on the hob and a separate blender which I think I will be continuing with until I can replace this product
