BROKEN STRAP WHEN MASK ARRIVED
WHEN I OPENED THE BOX, ONE OF THE STRAP IS NOT STRAP TO THE MASK AND THE METAL PART THAT HOLDS THE MASK CAME OFF. I ATTEMPTED TO FIX IT BUT ONE OF THE BUTTON CAME OFF AND BROKEN. I CONTACTED AMAZON TO REPLACE IT BUT IT NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. I GOT MY REFUND THOUGH BUT KIND A UPSET I RECEIVED A BROKEN MASK.
