I bought a L for my 9yr old with braids on. It was HUGE. She was able to use it but water still got in her hair. Got a child size later. I will use this. Putting on was a joy... No pain! Nice product.

Works well had locs in a high bun in the Mediterranean, it is tight around the head which is required to avoid slipping. Would recommend for anyone with long hair irrespective of being thick or thin.

This item is not good at all water seeps in and after each lap I have to pull the bottom so all the water falls out. Not good hair coverage. I will be returning it
