This year I've been suffering from lower back and hip issues due to medical reasons. Aside from all the other issues I was facing, I didn't realize how much it affected my hips, lower back and pelvic bone area until a Mayan abdominal massage therapist pointed it out. She recommended I get a sacroiliac belt for all the issues I was dealing with, especially the low back tightness.I have been using this for the past 2 weeks around the house, running errands, when I have to lift and move around heavier objects and I feel as if it has given me stability and definitely less pain and tightness. It's super easy to use and if you're wearing longer tops or sweaters, you can easily hide it if you're wearing it out in public.I'm so glad I ended up finding this belt on here since the one that was recommended to me was much more expensive but literally does the same thing and this one was a better price.

I was in a car accident and had my hip put back into place multiple times. It was recommended that I buy a belt to stop thay issue. So far, this one has accomplished that. I do have a 28" waist, and it stays put pretty well as long as the Velcro is tightened. I move furniture a lot, and sometimes it wiggles up to my stomach, but short of laying for a $170 one, it's getting the job done.

With severe arthritis and bone on bone rubbing in my hip joint I was scheduled to have a total hip replacement end of 2018 however a couple of other issues prevented me from having it. Thank God!After having done some research I found that an unstable pelvic floor can be the main culprit to hip pain, sciatica & lumbar pain and that stabilizing it can make all the difference. I came across the Desson SI belt for women and I kid you not the moment I put it on I could feel a significant difference!! It is quite comfortable even when sitting and does not get in the way. Wearing it on the outside of your clothes under a popular tunic for women no one can even tell that you are wearing it! I've worn it for many hours over several days and words can not express what a difference this has made in my level of pain and quality of life! SIMPLY MIRACULOUS! I can go without wearing it a day or two without reoccurring pain!! The excruciating groin pain is barely there.I will be buying another for my son, a friend and even have my ex-husband interested in it for his pain. What can I say besides it has made an incredible difference in my life! I can walk normal and don't drag my leg anymore. My pain level is a 2 compared to my previous constant 8. BUY ONE, YOU SHOULD NOT BE DISAPPOINTED if worn correctly around hip bone and buttock. I am so thankful I did NOT have the total hip replacement! Doctors...UGH.Hope my sincere and honest review helps others. You've nothing to lose... but your PAIN :D

My SI joint becomes bothersome when I clean, mostly vacuuming and mopping floors. This belt provides relief when my joint gets aggravated. Also, the fit is good and stays in place for me.

Easy to use. Good support.

Supports very well. Conspicuous and confirming if worn under trousers to work and home.Works for us. May not be enough support for people with more severe hip problems.

Seemed to help alliveate discomfort right away. Only got to wear it a couple of times before it tore at the seams though. Returning for a full refund. Think it may have just been a rare occurance, so I plan to re-purchase another and try again.
