Quick and easy install .. works with my google home. This is a double-sided outlet, and you can control it as one unit or each side independently. Would recommend!

Works very well and a great deal

Work beautifully although quite expensive now (although with very high quality construction). Works either with their app or Alexa (or Google or IFTTT). Setup quickly without fuss (unlike most others). The key thing that is not mentioned is that each of the two plugs can be controlled individually or together. So a pair of these units can control four different loads (although each pair of loads have to be near the switch to plug in). So, with Alexa, four separate commands to turn each on and off using your own assigned names plus two additional commands to turn on/off each pair so a totla of six commands. A little delay since commands have to go through Alexa in th cloud but acceptable. Did not try with other than Alexa and their app (which is needed for setup). Also, did not try power monitoring. The only suggestion is that they should make the power on/off light green instead of red (they use blue for pairing signal). Also, note that they want to mount horizontally in an ordinary socket and they will fit one above the other. However, if you you have outlets in your baseboard, as we do (much nicer appearance), then it is likely that they will not fit since then they will mount vertically and only one per outlet.. This can be solved by using a rotating adapter., power dongle, or power strip. It would be great if they rotated themselves, especially for the cost. Lastly, they use an app called "Smart Life" of which they are at least four with the same or similar name. It's the one from Tuya (not to be confused with TuyaSmart whic is for their IR controller!).

This was an impulse buy almost a year ago...when smart plugs started coming down in price. Wanted to hook up some items to a timer, and this was the best 2-fer deal at the time. The "Smart Life" app doesn't ooze with Silicon Valley whistles and buzzers, but it's polished enough to get the job done. If my 9-year old can figure out how to set it up and integrate it with the Alexa app, then it's a good product in my book. Only down side (as other reviewers note) is that both plugs operate as one Alexa device -- you can't set up the plugs as two independent Alexa devices. You can only use them separately by *manually* pressing the on/off button. Not a huge deal breaker, but I suspect some of the less-than-5-star reviews are over frustration in thinking it could be set up as separate Alexa devices. I have since added a couple other smart plugs from other companies (Atomi and even Amazon's own brand), and they all pretty much work the same. The Amazon plugs obviously set up with Alexa really fast, but these Pemorn ones are still perfectly functional. Very happy with the product so far.

Works as advertised. I really like that I can turn each outlet on or off individually or I can turn both on or off with a single button push on the app. It was easy to set up and connected to Google Home easily. My one small complaint is that there is a noticeable delay between my giving a command thru Google Home and the outlet turning on or off. It is noticeably slower to react than the other two smart devices I have (a single smart plug and an LED bulb), but it is not a deal breaker and I won't even deduct a star for it.

Works fantastic. Instruction guide could have been updated to match the latest smart life app. However, anyone trying to set up, ensure both the buttons are pressed and the blinking of blue light is synchronised before starting the connection process. I initially tried with single button and it didn’t work and accidentally my better off was trying to be a pain to me and led me to set up the plugs.Overall it’s worth it after the tiresome setup.Cheers

Was easy to install and works perfectly with google home and the app. USB outlets are always live and cannot be controlled with the app or other devices.

It's a good buy. I'm happy with it.
