Bariatric Cookbook: The Complete Cookbook with Specific Recipes and Meal Plan to Get Results and Maintain Your Weight Loss After Bariatric or Gastric Sleeve and Bypass Surgery Paperback – October 29, 2018

I’ve tried a few of the recipes and each one has come out great! I love that it tells you about the pre surgery liquid diet then going into your post op diet I’m currently in the purée stage and I am really enjoying my recipes.

Some nice recipe ideas but the intro was pro sleeve and a bit anti- bypass. Some recipes in the book are not suitable for bypass, eg using celery and fibrous veggies. Also the weetabix cake recipe turns into a fajita recipe halfway through the instructions. A few spelling mistakes makes it appear less than professional.

This was a gift to my girlfriend. My girlfriend loves the book and has tried quiet a few dishes. Great choice and she recommends it to everyone that has had bariatric surgery

I have been eating from this books for the last month as I was preparing for Bariatric Cookbook. We have made ten recipes so far (a couple times each) and have liked everything we have made. I'd definitely recommend buying this cook book if you have had gastric sleeve surgery and offers you a variety of recipes which gastric sleeve patients often find difficult to locate. This cookbook is very detailed and well explained for me. Really recommended!
