We love the rich, tasty flavor of this oat flour! It’s hearty but not in a heavy way. And it’s gluten free too!

I overlooked that detail on the product page, but you should know that this isn't as finely milled as other oat flours. That said, it's a great value.

The flour is fine except it seems like it needs ground further. I sift it before using, there is always a good bit that won't go through.

Celiac safe purity protocol oats, much better for celiac diet than regular mechanically sorted oats. These oats are pure oats

Just used this in a soda bread with mixed blend of other flours, very flavorful
