Good for the price - not as nice appearance as the expensive ones.
Appearance quality is a little lower than I expected. I thought they would be black annodized and they are painted instead. The paint is not very smooth and is a little bumpy and uneven looking. On a cheaper bike I would probably let this slide, but the cheaper appearance does not really fit in with the quality of the rest of my bike. They work well and visibility is good when I get them adjusted the way I wanted, but they do move sometimes from wind pressure. The first thing I did was disassemble everything and loc-tite all of the fasteners and I have not had any problems with them coming loose - I would recommend this as there is no thread lock or ny-loc fasteners on these. For the price, I cant complain. I was comparing them to CRG Arrow mirrors - which is what I really wanted. The best thing I can say is that this was a cheap way for me to test them and know that the CRG mirrors are going to work for me before I spent the BIG money on the CRG's. I will probably replace these with CRG's at some point, but these are working and I'm in no rush. If you don't care so much about the paint appearance then I would say that these are a no-brainer.UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller and they voiced concern over my satisfaction and offered to replace the mirrors at no charge to me. This showed that they do take their quality and customer satisfaction seriously and I was impressed with their service. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Because of their excellent service, I have changed the review from 3 to 4 stars.

Really nice but make the grip space a little tight.
An excellent mirror overall.Mounted on my 1977 R100/7 they provide a terrific view behind and adjacent to me, better than almost any stock mirrors. They look good and came well and properly packaged. Assembly and installation is easy and the end result looks good as well.My only issue is the close fit of the mirror "stalks" to the grips -- they impinge somewhat on my pinky fingers and can be a nuisance, requiring experimentation to find a place where they provide a good view and minimal hand interference. Even then the "stalks" still contact the outer edge of my hand, which is mildly irritating but not a deal breaker. The attached photos show how the mirrors affect the grip area -- there is a bar end plug that the mirror "stalk" mounts to and the stalk base protrudes perpendicularly to the grip, and into the finger space on the grip. On other bikes you might be able to rotate the base to have the protruding section out of the way but in his case it puts the mirror in a useless position for me. It's a minor compromise, though, and for the money this is an excellent mirror set.Note that I'm including this information to help others decide on the mirrors, as overall I'm quit pleased. I would definitely buy these again and I'm planning to do so for another project bike.

First set had issue, but great customer service after that.
**Review Revised**[11/6/17 edit] - LTC contacted me after my review and made things right. They refunded me for the bad set of mirrors I got and let me keep them. I had already bought a second set before this and had no issues with the second set. I actually really like the mirrors, was just upset about the quality control on the first set. [/edit]These are advertised as 22mm bar end mirrors. I have industry standard Woodcraft 22mm clip ons, and no combination of fiddling could get the bar end insert to fit inside the bar - it was simply too wide. I even used band clamps to try to crush it but no go. THEN.. when trying to tighten the upright for the mirror, the nut insert just spun... I'm guessing it's supposed to be tacked inside the housing or epoxied or something, but tightening it a simple Allen key (no power tools) and the insert just spins and the mirror can't be tightened and just flops around. The reason i didn't give it 1 star was because I was able to use the other one in the pair as a clamp-on (not bar end insert). This one seems to work well and looks good. if i could get a replacement for the bad mirror without the hassle of shipping back a $22 purchase, I'd change my rating.

Sharp metal burrs and scratched mirror - you get what you pay for
I got these in the mail today. These items were well packaged inside a box with cut foam and seran wrap around the mirror. Pictured is a couple of sharp metal burrs and I can honestly get over that. What I am concerned with is that the mirror already has a 1.5 inch scratch in it. Considering how well packaged these were and the presence of the burrs, I do not think this was an issue with transit damage so much as a quality control issue. I get that these are among the cheapest mirror options you can buy, and I expected the lightweight, thin and weak feeling aluminum. I expected a cheap paint job...but I also expected the mirrors to be intact upon arrival and unfortunately they were not. Ultimately, this is not a deal breaker. If you need a cheap set of mirrors, these will do, but do not set any expectations. I'll keep em, put em on my bike and deal with it until I get something better.Let me point out the good. There are tools included, multiple adjustments and a stiff feeling. The mounting brackets seem very flimsy but I won't hold that against them unless they break upon install like they did on other reviewers, they may have just overtightened and so I will update on their functional performance once installed and will provide honest feedback.
